Delivering Perks to Your Members
Live Rooms offer the opportunity to create members-only perks. These perks are exclusively available to your active, paid members—your super fans who are there to support you. As a Creator, it's your responsibility to deliver these perks and keep your members engaged.
Program Members-Only Live Room Episodes Regularly:
You can schedule members-only Live Room episodes that are accessible only to your active members. While anyone can discover the episode, only members can attend live. To maintain engagement, be sure to schedule these episodes frequently or periodically.
- Go to Calendar.
- Click Add timeslot and select a Live Room.
- Set the timeslot for Members only.
- If the event is for a specific paid member, click Invite and type the member’s name.
Deliver Perks via Message:
For perks such as promo codes, merch discounts, early ticket access, or special event invitations (online or offline), you can deliver them directly to your members via messages.
- Go to Audience > Members.
- Select a paid member and click Message.
- Send the perk information directly to the member.
Use Quick Replies:
To streamline the process, you can use Quick Replies to create message templates for delivering personalized perks or messages to your members.
- Go to Inbox.
- Click +New Reply.
- Add a message title (e.g., "Thank you for subscribing to my Live Room!").
- Create a message template and click Submit.
- In each message thread, click Quick Reply and select the template you want to use.
