Editing and Adding Memberships
After launching a Live Room, you can easily add, edit, or cancel your memberships.
How to Add or Edit Memberships:
- Go to the Page Manager and select the Live Room you want to edit.
- Click Edit Listing.
- Select Membership.
- To edit an existing membership, click the edit icon, make your changes, and click Save.
- To add a new membership, click Add Membership and fill in the required details.
How to Cancel a Membership:
- Go to the Page Manager and select the Live Room you want to edit.
- Click Edit Listing.
- Select Membership.
- Choose the membership you want to cancel and click the delete icon.
Who Will Be Affected by the Change:
Changes will only apply to new subscribers. If you edit or cancel a membership, you are still responsible for delivering the promised perks to existing subscribers for the remainder of their membership duration. Be sure to track your interactions and deliveries to existing members through Inbox and Insights > Members, where you can check their Tier type and End date.
