Managing Your Live Room Episodes

Since Live Room is an online live video chat experience, all Live Room episodes—whether free or paid—are scheduled to go live at specific times. While building an audience may take time, posting regularly is one of the best ways to grow your community and increase your income. Regular posting could mean daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on what works best for you, your content, and your subscribers. Using a content calendar aligned with your project schedule will help you plan and organize your Live Room episodes effectively.

How to Schedule Live Room Events:

  • Go to Calendar.
  • Click Add timeslot and select your Live Room.
  • Click +Add timeslot.
  • Fill in the title and choose the type of event (e.g., Early Access, BTS, Q&A, Coffee Talk, etc.).
  • Set the date, time, and duration.
  • To repeat the episode, add additional dates.
  • Choose the access type: Everyone (free) or Members-only (paid subscribers).
  • Click Add.

How to Cancel a Live Room Event:

  • Go to Page Manager and select the Live Room.
  • Click Edit listing.
  • Go to Schedules.
  • Click the delete icon next to the timeslot you need to cancel.
  • Members who have already booked the event will receive a notification.

How to Edit Your Live Room Timeslots:

  • Go to Calendar.
  • Select the Live Room event you want to edit.
  • Make any necessary changes (e.g., title, date, time, or access type).
  • Click Save to update.
