Messaging Members

Personalized messages from creators are a huge perk for audiences and members. When someone books or subscribes to your Live Room, a message thread is automatically generated between you and the audience member. You can then send direct messages to them.

How to Send a Message to Your Member:

  • Go to Inbox.
  • Select the person you want to message and start the conversation.

What is the Green Dot?

The green dot indicates when you or your audience members are available online. You can see which of your connections are available to receive real-time messages by looking for the green dot next to their profile picture in the inbox.

Use Quick Replies:

To save time, you can use Quick Replies to send personalized messages or deliver perks to paid members.

  • Go to Inbox.
  • Click +New reply.
  • Add a message title (e.g., "Thank you for subscribing to my Live Room!").
  • Create a message template and click Submit.
  • In any message thread, click Quick Reply and choose the template you want to use.
