Scheduling your Live Room episodes is crucial for maintaining audience engagement. We recommend listing your regular days and times so members know when to tune in. You can easily update your schedule or add specific episodes using the Calendar feature to keep everything up to date.
How to Schedule Live Room Events:
- Go to Calendar.
- Click Add New Episodes and select your Live Room.
- Click +Add New Episode on Live Room Creation Page
- Complete the event details: title, type, date, time, and duration.
- You can duplicate the episode by adding additional dates.
- Choose access: Free or Members-only.
- Click Add.
Live Room Episode Detail
- Title: Choose a descriptive and engaging title.
- Type: Select from options like sneak peek, early access, Q&A, workshop, etc.
- Timezone: Set your local timezone.
- Date & Time: Specify the date, start time, and estimated duration.
- Repeat: If the event repeats, add more dates.
- Access: Decide if the event is free or exclusive to members.
Setting Your Calendar Timezone:
- Go to Calendar.
- Click Timezone.
- Select the correct timezone for your location.
View Upcoming Live Room Events:
- Click on any upcoming episode to see:
- The schedule (date and time).
- Number of members booked.
- Whether it’s free or members-only.
- The video link for the event.
How to Cancel a Live Room Event:
- Go to Page and choose the Live Room.
- Click Edit Page.
- Under Schedules, click the delete icon to remove the specific episode.
- Members booked for the event will be notified of the cancellation.
Tip: If you need to cancel a Live Episode, it’s best to reschedule it and send a personalized message to the audience members who booked, inviting them to the new schedule. This helps maintain engagement and shows you value their participation.
How to Edit Your Live Room Episodes:
At this time, you can’t directly edit episodes once they are created. To make changes, you will need to delete the existing episode and schedule a new one.
Track and Manage The Creator's Episode Schedules
Team Admins have access to track all Creators' Live Room episodes through a unified calendar under the Organization Profile. This centralized view allows admins to effectively manage schedules, ensuring smooth coordination. It's helpful to remind Creators 5-10 minutes before their episode starts. Additionally, admins can handle cancellations, rescheduling, and sending timely messages to audience members, keeping communication seamless and episodes on track.
