Inbox and Quick Replies

Personalized messages are a key perk for audiences and members. When someone books or subscribes to your Live Room, an automatic message thread is created, allowing you to communicate directly with your audience.

How to Send a Message to Your Members:

  • Go to Inbox.
  • Select the person/thread you want to message.

What is the Green Dot?

The green dot indicates when you're available in real-time. You can also see if your members are online by spotting the green dot next to their profile picture.

How to Create and Send Quick Replies:

Save time by using Quick Replies for common messages or FAQs. These templates can be personalized with shortcodes (e.g., audience name, event details, perks) to make each message feel tailored.

If you’re co-hosting Live Rooms with a team, all team members with management permissions can access and share the same set of Quick Replies. These templates are stored in your team’s shared inbox.

To Create a Quick Reply:

  • Go to your Inbox.
  • Click +New Reply.
  • Enter a name to identify the template (only visible to your team).
  • Type your message and insert shortcodes to personalize it.
  • Click Save.
