Organization Settings

When you create a Project Page, you need to link it to an Organization/Production Company that owns or operates the project.

Your Organization Profile serves as a central hub that collects and showcases all of your Pages in one view. Every time you publish a new Page, followers of your profile will receive email or app notifications from Attractr, helping you grow and connect with theater-goers.

How to Create an Organization Profile:

  • Go to Organization Setting.
  • Click +Add Organization Profile.
  • Add a profile picture (recommended size: 320x320 pixels).
  • Fill in other information, such as organization name, website link, and company description and details.
  • Click Save.
  • If you're in the middle of submitting a Show Page, click Redirect to Your Show Page to return and complete your submission.

How to Add Team members:

  • Go to Organization Settings.
  • Click Team.
  • Click Add a team member.
  • Enter the email address and select the Organization Profile you want to assign.
  • Click Send Invitation.
  • Your team members will receive an email invitation from Attractr. They need to accept the invitation to gain access. Any pending invites will appear in the Pending Invite section, where you can either resend or revoke the invitation.

I Wear Many Hats. Can I Create Multiple Organization Profiles?

Yes, you can create multiple organization profiles to manage various projects on Attractr. However, when submitting your pages, our team may review your association with the organization or production company to ensure authenticity. This could involve verifying information through your email domain, LinkedIn, website, or corporate documents.
