Contacting Creators
Whether you have a question about a Live Room or a Creator’s project, or want to leave a personal message of support, contacting a Creator starts with a simple message. Your message threads are stored in your inbox, where you can manage all your communication and activity logs.
Ways to Send Messages to Creators:
- Go to your Inbox and select an existing thread or start a new one.
- Visit a Live Room and click Contact Creator.
- For membership or support questions, click Subscribe or Donation and then Contact Creator.
Leave a Personal Note:
- When booking a Live Room episode or subscribing to a membership, you can include a personal message to the Creator. This helps build a direct connection, and we encourage leaving a thoughtful note to motivate the Creator.
