Creator is Not Delivering Benefits

Attractr does not directly manage membership perk delivery, but here are some steps you can take if your Creator isn’t meeting your expectations:

Send the Creator a Message:

If your perks are delayed, first reach out directly to the Creator. There might be a valid reason for the delay, or it could be a simple oversight or delivery issue.

Request a Refund:

If you'd prefer not to wait for the benefits, you can request a refund directly from the Creator. Full refunds are available until the 20th of the month of your subscription, provided you haven’t accessed any members-only content. Cancel Your Membership:

If the issue remains unresolved, contact [email protected] to assist with canceling your membership after attempting to resolve the issue with the Creator.
