Cancel and Refund

Attractr is a platform that facilitates payments from members to Creators. Once a payment is processed, it is sent to the Creator’s balance. Therefore, if you're canceling due to undelivered perks, we encourage you to first reach out to the Creator to resolve the issue.

Cancel a Scheduled Live Room Episode:

If something unexpected arises and you need to cancel a scheduled Live Room episode, it’s recommended to message the Creator and notify them of your absence. You may also want to inquire about rescheduling to join a future episode. Communication is key to maintaining a good relationship with the Creator and keeping your experience on track.

Request a Refund from the Creator:

If you're not receiving what was promised from a Creator, we highly recommend contacting the Creator directly to request the perks. If after this, you still do not receive the expected benefits, you can request a cancellation and refund. Refunds are available within 48 hours of your subscription, provided you haven’t accessed any perks or members-only content. If you waited long enough but still haven’t received what was promised, you can contact [email protected] to request a refund. Keep in mind that refunds are granted at our discretion, and you must reach out by the 20th of the month in which you purchased the membership. If the refund is approved, it will be processed by deducting from the Creator’s balance.

How Refunds Work at Attractr:

Attractr does not process refunds on behalf of Creators, but we do assist with issues and help facilitate refunds by deducting the refunded amount from the Creator’s balance. Creators receive payouts on the 20th of each month, which is why any refund requests must be made before the 20th of the same month in which you subscribed. If you fail to request a refund by then, we may not be able to process your request, as funds are transferred to the Creator.

Can I Request a Refund for a Donation?

No, donations are non-refundable. When you donate to a Creator through the Donate feature, it is considered a one-time contribution to support their creative efforts, and refunds are not applicable.
